The Xaerous Superfortress serves as the final destination for pilots navigating through enemy territory. Players pilot a hyper-space fighter to deploy air-to-surface cannons, double beam lasers, and force fields for protection. Utilizing time and space warps allows for fleeing dangerous dimensions while attempting to dismantle the amoeboid Bacterions.
