Sandwich falling Star Blocks between two identical Friend Blocks to clear them from the board. This puzzle mechanic requires players to manage blocks raining from above while simultaneously handling lines appearing from below. Kirby can compete in split-screen mode against another player or progress through Story Mode, Time Trial, and Challenge modes to outwit King Dedede.
