Driving Arnie across platforms to trigger environmental changes is the core loop across 48 levels. Players must navigate eight different worlds while avoiding enemies and managing a strict timer. If the time limit expires, a homing creature named Turbo is released, which tracks the player down within 15 seconds to strip away a life.
